 This RRP Rule covers plumbers, electricians, painters, contractors, cabinet installers, drywall, roofers, etc … and not just licensed contractors, but ANYONE involved (maintenance personnel, managers, etc.) who disturbs lead-based paint either on interior or exterior areas.
